Sessions last for one to two hours as the therapist explains the procedure and then puts the technique into practise. The procedure follows a particular pattern of progressive deep muscle relaxation and deep breathing techniques.
These sessions will help you to rebalance your life, your emotions, your thoughts, and your ability to cope both in the workplace and at home. Deep Relaxation techniques allow you to manage and control stressful situations using breath control and total muscle relaxation, rebalancing your mind and body to achieve a deep level of calm and peace.
